Tasmanian Labor has abandoned the State.
In an extraordinary contribution to Parliament, Labor’s Janie Finlay has today told Tasmanians that Canberra can just walk away from Bell Bay Aluminium.
“Stop wasting your time.”
“Get over trying to chase that deal because it is not there.”
Federal Labor committed to supporting Bell Bay Aluminium and our Government will hold them to that commitment.
While the Deputy Leader and her Labor colleagues run around apologising for Canberra, we are fighting for Tasmanian jobs and industry.
