CCTV and COMFIT images released after robbery in Lilyfield

Police have released images of two men and a vehicle they believe may help with an investigation into a robbery in Sydney’s inner-west in 2018.

About 12pm, Wednesday 28 November 2018, two men reportedly arrived in a white work van at a property on Justin St, Lilyfield and assaulted a 59-year-old man.

He was reportedly punched in the head and body before he lost consciousness.

The men then stole a number of items from his car including a laptop, iPhone and a folder containing work documents.

Police believe it was a targeted attack relating to the victim’s employment installing shutters in the Sydney Metropolitan area.

As inquiries continue, detectives have released COMFIT images of the two men who might be able to assist them with their investigation.

Both men are described as being of Caucasian appearance and aged in their mid-30s.
