Kempsey Shire Council
Kempsey Shire Council will be carrying out important works at Frederickton Cemetery on Thursday 13 and Friday 14 February to support the ongoing needs of the community.
The work will take place in the Methodist Lawn Section of the cemetery, where a new concrete beam will be installed. This beam will create additional burial plots, ensuring space for future interments and the continued use of the cemetery for generations to come.
During these works, visitors to the cemetery are encouraged to exercise caution and be mindful when in the area. While every effort will be made to minimise disruptions, some construction activity will be visible.
Council appreciates the community’s patience and understanding as we complete these essential improvements.
