Lake Macquarie City Council
On Monday 4 September, Council will complete track maintenance and path re-direction at Maneela Street, Blacksmiths, to protect our coastal dunes and ensure safer access.
This will involve an extension off the existing path to establish a new, safer route.
Part of the current path will be fenced off to allow the heavily eroded dune to regenerate.
There will be no beach access from Maneela Street while the works are underway. The project is expected to take one day to complete.
