The City of Ballarat has welcomed the promise from the Federal Member for Ballarat, Catherine King that a re-elected Labor Government will commit $3 million towards a fit-for-purpose Ballarat Veterans Assistance Centre in Wendouree.
City of Ballarat Mayor Cr Tracey Hargreaves said the centre would be welcomed by veterans in Ballarat and the surrounding region.
