The City of Casey’s Smart City, Innovation and Improvement team have come home with a win from the recent MAV Technology 2023 Awards for Excellence.
The Digital Equity Living Lab (DELL) has earned the team the esteemed Collaboration or Partnership Award. This award recognises the success of the DELL program, which had a focus on fostering meaningful collaborations and partnerships to deliver positive community outcomes through increasing digital inclusion in Doveton.
The DELL program also received a High Commendation in the Customer Experience category, a testament to the team’s dedication to delivering outstanding service and value to the Casey community.
Council’s Our Ways of Working program was also acknowledged with a High Commendation in the Employee Experience category. This recognition underscores Council’s commitment to cultivating a thriving and collaborative work environment for Casey employees.
