Citywide to take over kerbside household waste collection

From Monday 3 July, our kerbside (household) waste collection services will be carried out by a new contractor: Citywide. We expect that while Citywide become familiar with the routes there may be a minor impact on households.

Your bin collection day will remain the same, but collection times may vary. For example, if your bin is normally collected at 9am, you may notice that it’s now collected at 4pm. There’s no need to lodge a missed collection request should this occur. However, if your bin hasn’t been collected after 24 hours, get in touch with us. We’ve been working closely with Citywide and our existing contractor, Four Seasons, to ensure as smooth a handover as possible. We’ll continue to work with Citywide to ensure we’re providing exceptional service across all waste collection streams. We appreciate your patience during this transition period.
