Colour co-ordinated crooks commit Torquay armed robbery

Torquay Crime Investigation Unit detectives are investigating an armed robbery which occurred in Torquay earlier this week.

The incident took place at a service station on the Surf Coast Highway at 9pm on Monday night (11 March).

Investigators have been told that two men, wearing masks and armed with knives, entered the store and threatened the shop attendant before stealing money and cigarettes.

Police have released CCTV security footage and an image of the two men in the hope that someone may recognise them or their clothing.
