Willoughby City Council
Council is currently seeking community feedback to determine the best method for household clean-up collections. Around 28,000 households use Council’s clean-up collection service to discard bulky waste, including furniture and small appliances.
Council is considering changing the clean-up collection system. The two options are:
Move to a new system where each household can book four free clean-up collections each year on dates decided by the household
Retain the existing system in which each household can use the three Council-scheduled collection dates and can book one free clean-up collection on a date decided by the household
