To celebrate one of Western Australia’s most exciting urban renewal projects, the redevelopment of Subi Oval, the State Government is inviting the public to attend Rediscover Subi East: A Free Family Fun Day on Sunday the 26th of November.

The event will feature live entertainment from local WA talent, Eagles and Dockers kick-to-kick, games and competitions, and food and drinks vendors from the local area.

Eventgoers will be able to get a first look at features designed to reflect the site’s rich football history, including the new and improved Sandover Medal Walk featuring the names of the winners of the iconic Sandover Medal, awarded to the best and fairest WAFL footballer each year.

The opening of the new public realm around the Oval marks one of the first major development milestones at the iconic Subi East project.
