Community Satisfaction Survey 2022

During March, we’re conducting Council’s annual Community Satisfaction Survey to better understand community experiences with our broad range of services and facilities, as well as other issues of concern in Bayside.

We have engaged Metropolis Research to conduct the survey to get your feedback on how we can improve our performance.

Fully vaccinated researchers will be knocking on the doors of 700 randomly selected Bayside households. Participation is voluntary however we encourage you to have your say. Our researchers will have identification to introduce themselves to you.

The survey involves a conversation to truly understand the issues that are important to Bayside residents. It measures residents’ satisfaction with overall performance, services and facilities, planning and development, traffic and parking, customer service and planning for population growth, along with other issues.

Information obtained from the survey is used to help Council address areas where the community feels we could be performing better. Read the 2021 results.

This year’s results will be published in full on Council’s website in June 2022.
