Community Satisfaction Survey underway

From now until the end of March, you might receive a call from an independent market research agency, National Field Services. This agency has been commissioned to conduct a community satisfaction survey on behalf of Murrindindi Shire Council (and other councils across Victoria).

The survey has been designed to assess Victorian councils’ performance across a range of measures. This survey helps identify how we can improve and make our service delivery better for residents.

If you receive a call, it is legitimate, and we’d appreciate you taking the time to assist us with your valuable feedback. Please note that all your details and individual responses are confidential, and only the overall survey results are shared with us – not any of your personal data.

All Victorian councils are required to undertake a community satisfaction survey annually. You can find information on last year’s survey at the Know Your Council website.
