Following the success of the Mitchell Listening Tour, Council is continuing its commitment to meaningful community engagement with a new series of informal drop-in sessions – Coffee with a Councillor.
These informal drop-in sessions will be held at local cafés, customer and library service centres, and even convenience stores across the Shire – bringing Council to more places where people already live, work and shop.
Whether you’ve got a question about your neighbourhood, an idea you’d like to share, or just want to say hello, these sessions are a relaxed way to connect with your local Councillors over a cuppa.
Governance officers will also attend each session to assist with enquiries and log any customer requests raised.
There’s no need to book – just drop in between 10am and 12pm.
