A constable from the Eastern Region has been charged following an internal investigation.
The 33-year-old male officer has been charged with three counts of sexual assault and two counts of common law assault.
The charges relate to three separate alleged incidents that occurred between 2020 and 2022 while the member was off duty.
He will appear before a magistrates’ court at a later date.
