The Tasmanian Government welcomes the constructive feedback, received from a number of unions, in relation to our proposed Terms of Reference for arbitration over public sector wages through the Tasmanian Industrial Commission.
The Government will carefully review the proposals put by each union and consult with them on the final Terms of Reference.
We remain confident that an agreement on the Terms of Reference for arbitration can be reached in the coming weeks.
