We are consulting on a proposed methodology for comparing the energy performance of residential space heaters.
The comparison methodology is a technical foundation for evaluating the performance of different heater types on a consistent and fair basis.
It could be used to develop accessible information to support consumers to compare the energy performance of residential space heaters.
The work is being delivered through the Equipment Energy Efficiency (E3) Program. The E3 Program is an initiative of the Australian, state and territory and the New Zealand Governments to improve the energy efficiency of appliances and equipment.
Your feedback will be used to refine the comparison methodology.
