Consumers to look forward to the return of caravan and camping shows, with the scheduled return of the Victorian Caravan, Camping & Touring Supershow in 2021.
Caravan Industry Victoria has confirmed the industry operated caravan and camping shows are set to make a comeback in 2021 in line with State Government approvals, restrictions and COVIDSafe requirements.
The last physical caravan and camping show held by the Association was the Victorian Caravan, Camping & Touring Supershow in February 2020 just before COVID-19 put a hold on events across the country. CEO Rob Lucas said “It is rather fitting that the first physical show to return to Caravan Industry Victoria’s show calendar is one of the biggest and longest running shows in Victoria, its one which will kick start the calendar and connect consumers and exhibitors in one place”.
The ‘Supershow’ has seen some adjustments given the required time to plan and be delivered in a COVIDSafe manner. Consumers can plan to attend the ‘Supershow’ from Thursday 13 May to Sunday 16 May 2021 at Sandown Racecourse- which is a one-off date and venue change for the 2021 show only, from the usual February date and Melbourne Showgrounds venue.
