Baylor College of Medicine and the Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center are joining on a study to procure plasma from recovered COVID-19 patients and provide it to critically ill patients with COVID-19.
The plasma is available to Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center as well as a community resource to other hospitals who have approval to do transfusions.
