Council facilities reopening as restrictions ease

Council's temporary front of house at 61-65 Anderson Street, Lilydale.

Council will begin a staggered reopening of its facilities, in line with the State Government’s roadmap for easing of COVID-19 restrictions.

Now that the Victorian community is reaching 80% double-vaccination, Council’s facilities are being reactivated and reopened for community use.

Community Links and cultural venues will begin reopening from the first week of November, as outlined below.

Council will be in contact with community members hiring halls and venues, along with licencees, to discuss new agreements and COVID-Safe Plans, including the requirement of a Check-in Marshall.

Some facilities may not be available for community hire as we prioritise essential services and work with density limits.
