Toorak Ward Councillor Tom Humphries has been suspended for four (4) weeks.
The suspension was handed down following a Local Government Victoria arbitration process, which found Cr Humphries had breached the Model Councillor Code of Conduct.
Cr Humphries will resume his duties on 13 October 2026.
In the meantime, Mayor Cr Melina Sehr will respond to inquiries from the Toorak Ward community.
