Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate David Gibson.
The 39-year-old is wanted on warrant in relation to driving offences.
Gibson is described as having a fair complexion, approximately 170cm tall, medium build and brown hair.
He is known to frequent the Sunbury area.
Investigators have released an image of Gibson in the hope someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
