Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate David Mulders.
The 35-year-old is wanted on warrant in relation to stalking.
Mulders is described as being of Caucasian appearance, approximately 166cm tall, of thin build and brown hair.
He is known to frequent the Diggers Rest, Hampton and Noble Park areas.
Investigators have released an image of Mulders in the hope someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
