Residents in the Bombala, Cathcart and Delegate area are advised that kerbside waste collection scheduled for Monday 18 December 2023 is delayed until Tuesday 19 December 2023.
This is a temporary delay due to mechanical issues with the collection vehicle, affecting waste collections for this coming Monday only.
Collection will occur Tuesday 19 December, with residents to be notified of any further delays.
Please place your bins out Monday night for collection on Tuesday.
If high winds occur, bring bins to a sheltered location on your property to prevent the escape of litter. Return bins to the kerb for collection once winds have subsided, ahead of the scheduled collection on Tuesday morning.
Bombala Landfill will be open as normal on Monday 18 December 2023 from 10am to 4pm, as an alternative option for residents needing to dispose of waste urgently.
