We join many businesses and organisations who are currently experiencing challenges and delays to regular services as a result of the current COVID-19 circumstances.
Council’s waste collection service is currently experiencing delays.
We understand that waste services are critical, and in an effort to minimise these delays we are placing priority on garbage collection ahead of recycling and organics and working with nearby Council’s to share resources.
We will be closely monitoring the situation and advise the community of any unavoidable changes to services over the coming weeks.
What this means for residents:
- A small number of residents will experience up to a 24-hour delay in garbage collection.
- A larger number of households will experience up to a 24 hour delay in organics and recycling collection.
To assist our team during this period, please only contact us about your bin if you have experienced a delay of more than 24 hours.
