Local media are invited to attend a major community engagement and road safety event this week in the state’s Central West.
Officers attached to Central West Police District, in conjunction with Parkes, Forbes and Lachlan Shire councils, will host a mock car crash demonstration at Parkes High School on Friday for students from the three shires.
Approximately 500 Year 10 students are anticipated to attend the event which is in its 11th year.
