PWDA is currently developing our new Disability and Inclusion Action Plan (DIAP) with the assistance of access consultant Morwenna Collett. This plan will help ensure that we are accessible and inclusive to everyone in our community, and are actively working toward a society in which the human rights, belonging, contribution, potential and diversity of all people with disability are recognised, respected and celebrated with pride.
We are keen to hear from PWDA members and stakeholders, including people with disability, partners, funders, community members and disability, health and aged care service providers. All responses are anonymous and we encourage you to be honest with your responses.
This short survey seeks to identify the effectiveness of current access and inclusion practices and potential areas of improvement.
