Two people have died after their vehicle struck a tree at Rowville early this morning.
A passing motorist located the crash scene on Kelletts Road about 2.35am.
The two teenage male occupants were declared deceased at the scene and are yet to be formally identified.
Investigations have revealed the car they were travelling in was one of two vehicles stolen from a Emica Parade, Knoxfield address overnight.
Major Collision Investigation Unit detectives are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.
