A 39-year-old man was allegedly caught drink driving in Point Cook yesterday as part of Operation Argus.
Public Order Response Team officers intercepted a grey Toyota sedan on Dunnings Road about 4.20pm.
The male driver returned a positive preliminary breath test and was taken back to a police station where he returned a BAC of .179.
The Point Cook man was charged with drink driving offences and remanded in custody.
He will appear at the Sunshine Magistrates’ Court today.
