Food and music are what make TASTE Camden a most loved and anticipated annual event.
Featuring mouth-watering cuisines from all over the world and talented artists performing toe-tapping covers throughout the day, the event is set to delight crowds on Sunday 24 September from 12-5pm at Camden Town Farm.
Former My Kitchen Rules guest judge and co-owner of Three Blue Ducks, Darren Robertson, will also provide a cooking demonstration so that attendees can bring his expertise back into their kitchens at home.
Mr Robertson said he was eager to get out to Camden for the event.
“I’m really excited see what TASTE Camden is all about. I’m lucky enough to be cooking there which is going to be a lot of fun,” he said.
“I’m going to pick some spring vegetables and herbs from the nearby gardens and share some of my favourite dishes to cook at home right now.”
Mayor of Camden, Cr Ashleigh Cagney said 2023 would be a welcome return for the event, which hadn’t run since 2019 due to the COVID-19 pandemic and last year’s floods.
“It’s all in the name – food is at the forefront of TASTE Camden. And we can’t wait for everyone to enjoy some delicious foods from all over the world,” she said.
“The music from talented artists, many of them local to our area, will provide the perfect soundtrack to a beautiful spring day at Camden Town Farm.”
