The NSW Government is proposing changes to Business and Industrial Zones across NSW through the Employment Zones Reform project. The changes replace Business and Industrial zones with Employment zones within individual local environmental plans across NSW.
The NSW Government is currently exhibiting these proposed changes for six weeks from 31 May to 12 July 2022. To view details of the public exhibition or to make a submission please visit their website

The zone changes to the Hawkesbury Local Environmental Plan 2012 are as follows:

Council has written directly to property owners of commercial and industrially zoned land to advise of these proposed changes by the NSW Government.
