Fatal crash in Maroubra – Eastern Beaches PAC

A man has died after a single motorcycle collision in Sydney’s east.

About 10pm on Sunday (14 April 2024), emergency services were called to Malabar Road, Maroubra, following reports of a single-vehicle incident.

On arrival, officers attached to Eastern Beaches Police Area Command located a damaged motorcycle and a man on the grass area.

It was alleged that the rider was ejected from the motorcycle at the time of incident.

The rider – a 38-year-old man – was treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics however, he died at the scene.

There were no other injuries reported due to this incident.

A crime scene has been established and an investigation into the circumstances surrounding this incident has commenced.

A report will be prepared for the information of the Coroner.
