Police are now in a position to name the person who died in an e-scooter crash in Eden Terrace on Monday 29 January.
He was Ryan Taylor, aged 30, of Auckland.
Our thoughts are with Mr Taylor’s friends and whānau during this difficult time.
While an investigation into the circumstances of the crash remains underway, Police can confirm no other vehicles were involved.
