A man in his 70s has died following an incident involving a zero turn mower in Kindred in north west Tasmania this afternoon.
Police and emergency services were called to the scene about 3.30pm, following reports the man had fallen from a zero-turn mower.
Sadly, the man was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Initial inquiries indicate the man driving the zero-turn mower on private property when the incident occurred.
Our thoughts are with the man’s family and loved ones at this difficult time.
A report will be prepared for the Coroner.
