The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating a fatal single-vehicle traffic crash tonight in Coolabunia.
Around 6.53pm, emergency services were called to Lucas Road, following reports a Daihatsu Applause had struck a tree.
The driver and only occupant, a 16-year-old female, was located deceased at the scene.
Investigations are ongoing.
