The Cairns Esplanade will again be home to a 35-metre high ferris wheel with the anticipated return of the Reef Eye next year.
Following a successful trial from September to November last year, Westshell Pty Ltd had hoped to bring a new ferris wheel to Cairns in June this year, for a seven-month stay.
However, as a result of the coronavirus pandemic, Westshell Pty Ltd has advised its intention is now to return with the original Reef Eye in June 2021.
