Final Report On Voluntary Assisted Dying Tabled In Northern Territory Legislative Assembly

The Legislative Assembly of the Northern Territory’s Legal and Constitutional Affairs Committee has finalised and published their Final Report here titled Voluntary Assisted Dying in the Northern Territory.

The Report and its proposed drafting instructions will be tabled on the next sitting day, and all Members of the Legislative Assembly will have an opportunity to contribute to the debate on the Committee’s Report.

The Attorney General will now progress drafting of voluntary assisted dying legislation to bring to the Legislative Assembly.
