Fixtures confirmed for National Para Football Championships 2024

The fixtures and broadcast details for the National Para Football Championships 2024 have been confirmed as the finest para footballers from across Australia get ready to showcase their skills.

From 11-14 September 2024, the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) will be the venue for this event, which takes on added significance this year. Players will be keen to impress the CommBank Para Matildas and CommBank Pararoos’ coaching staff as they prepare to select squads for the 2024 IFCPF World Cup, set for November in Salou, Spain.

Fifteen matches will take place over three match days before the final rankings are confirmed and the finals get underway on Saturday, 14 September. All matches will take place on Field Two at the AIS.

Kick-starting the tournament will be Football NSW facing Football West, followed by Football QLD against Football SA, and Football VIC versus NNSW Football. The first day ends with Football SA playing Football NSW and Football QLD against Football VIC.

On Thursday, 12 September, a lighter schedule will see Football SA play Football VIC followed by Football West battling Football QLD and Football NSW encountering NNSW Football.

Friday, 13 September, will finalise the rankings with games including Football VIC versus Football NSW and Football VIC against Football West. The tournament concludes on Saturday, 14 September, with the Fifth Place playoff at 8:00am AEST, the Bronze Medal match at 9:35am AEST, and the Gold Medal match at 11:10am AEST.
