Food and music nights coming to Canada Bay

The City of Canada Bay is calling on food and music lovers as it launches its exciting Beats and Eats event program.

From 18 February – 31 March visitors will be able to savour delicious eats from local restaurants while enjoying beats by resident DJs across the town centres of Drummoyne, Five Dock, Concord and Rhodes.

The program will also include other entertainment and activities such as live performances and Taste Cultural Food Tours exploring the culinary delights of Rhodes.

“Our streets will come alive with music, culture, food and laughter,” City of Canada Bay Mayor Angelo Tsirekas said.

“This is an opportunity to breathe life back into our City while supporting local businesses who have been doing it tough over the last few years.”

As part of Beats and Eats, visitors are encouraged to support businesses by exploring the wonderful range of local offerings.

“I hope everyone can join us for Beats and Eats and enjoy the diverse array of music, food and entertainment on offer,” Mayor Tsirekas said.
