Forecast prolonged thunderstorms and heavy rain periods in the metropolitan area and parts of regional South Australia have prompted a Severe Weather Activation response to support people sleeping rough.
In Adelaide the response will be activated from Thursday, November 23 until 9am, Saturday, November 25.

*Baptist Care’s Westcare Centre – Open for overnight accommodation from 5pm. The Westcare Centre is located at 11/19 Millers Ct, Adelaide.
*Toward Home the Resolve Team – additional outreach support from 5pm-7pm.
*Adelaide North West Homelessness Alliance – assertive outreach from 5pm-7pm.

*Toward Home the Resolve Team – additional outreach support from 7am-7pm.
*Hutt St Centre – Wellbeing Centre open 7:15am-4:30pm. Located at 258 Hutt St, Adelaide.
*Adelaide North West Homelessness Alliance – assertive outreach from 5pm-7pm.
The response will also be activated in other parts of the state from 5pm, Thursday, November 23 until 9am, Sunday, November 26.
A Severe Weather Activation applies in the following regional areas:
* Upper Spencer Gulf
*Clare Valley
*Copper Coast
* Riverland
* Murraylands
* Fleurieu Peninsula
* Limestone Coast
*Kangaroo Island
