A former police officer has been charged following an investigation into alleged domestic-violence related offences.
In October 2023, officers attached to Nepean Police Area Command commenced an investigation into reports of domestic-violence related incidents at Jordan Springs, in Sydney’s north-west.
Following inquiries, the former officer was arrested yesterday (Monday 20 November 2023) and charged with two counts of sexual intercourse without consent (domestic violence).
He was refused bail and will appear at Penrith Local Court on Tuesday 21 November 2023.
The officer is no longer employed as a NSW Police officer.
