Forrestfield serious crash 29 September

Major Crash officers are investigating a serious crash that occurred on Monday 28 September 2020 in Forrestfield.

Around 4.45am, a gold coloured Holden Commodore sedan and a white Toyota Prius station wagon Taxi collided on Tonkin Highway near Hale Road.

The driver of the Commodore, a 60-year-old woman was trapped in the vehicle. Once extracted she was conveyed by ambulance to Royal Perth Hospital with serious injuries.

The male driver of the Taxi and a male passenger left the crash scene on foot and both are urged to contact police.

Major Crash investigators would like to speak to anyone who saw the crash, or the Holden Commodore sedan or the Taxi travelling in the area prior to the crash.
