Take the guess work out of planning a healthy dinner each night with LiveLighter® meal plans. They’re designed to fit your needs, and we have plans for a range of dietary needs.

The benefits

Preparing more meals at home is a great place to start for anyone wanting to eat better. When you cook from scratch you have more control over what goes into your food, particularly the amount of sugar, salt and fat.

There are loads of other benefits as well including:

  • Saving time
  • Reducing food waste
  • Reducing stress
  • Getting a good variety of foods

It also means you’ll be less tempted to buy takeout during the week when you’re busy or tired after a long day at work or taking care of the kids or grandkids.

3-2-1 Meal Plan

The LiveLighter® 3-2-1 Plan is a weekly plan of healthy dinner recipes that you can mix and match to suit you.

You can go with the default menu or mix it up by swapping in other recipes from the bank of healthy options. You’ll also get access to the breakfast and lunch builders which show you how to adapt what you’re already having for breakfast and lunch to the meal plan.

The online platform allows you to generate a shopping list, and track your meals, exercise and weight.

Family meal plans

Try these fuss-free plans to help your household eat well. Each plan includes a menu and recipes for seven days of healthy and tasty dinners, as well as a shopping list to make things easier at the supermarket.

Pick your favourite (or give each of them a go!) from the four downloadable meal plan options. They come in a pdf format so you can download them to your phone, or even print them out to stick on the fridge.
