Riverstone detectives have charged a further three men following their alleged involvement in a stabbing at a service station in Sydney’s north-west in July.
Shortly after 12am on Wednesday 29 July 2026, police were called to Blacktown Hospital after a 19-year-old man presented to staff with injuries to his arm.
He was assessed at the hospital for a serious stab wound to his arm before being transported to a secondary hospital in a serious but stable condition.
Following the incident, officers attached to Riverstone Police Area Command commenced inquiries and determined the man had been stabbed during a brawl at a service station on Old Windsor Road, Glenwood, earlier in the evening.
A crime scene was established at the service station and detectives commenced an investigation into the incident.
Following inquiries, police arrested a 19-year-old man who was charged with wound person with intent to cause grievous bodily harm and assault occasioning actual bodily harm. He was refused bail and remains before the courts.
Investigations continued under Strike Force Velaro.
Following inquiries, about 7.10am today (Wednesday 23 September 2026), police executed two search warrants at a home in Cadda Ridge Drive, Caddens, where they arrested a 19-year-old man, and at a home on Leilani Street, Kellyville Ridge, where they arrested a further two men – both aged 20.
The 19-year-old man was taken to Penrith Police Station and the other two men were taken to Riverstone Police Station. They were all charged with:
– Wound person with intent to cause grievous bodily harm
– Use offensive weapon in company with intent to commit indictable offence
– Stalk or intimidate intending to cause fear of physical or mental harm, and
– Participate in criminal group contribute to criminal activity
They were refused bail to appear before Penrith Local Court today (Wednesday 23 September 2026).
