Glenelg to host its first-ever seafood festival

South Australia’s finest seafood will be showcased at the inaugural Sea to Shore Glenelg Seafood Festival.

From 11am on Saturday 29 October, Jimmy Melrose Reserve at the Glenelg Foreshore will be transformed into a seafood-lovers’ paradise.

Come along and indulge in delicious, curated seafood dishes from top producers and chefs, accompanied by South Australian wine and gin.

With the theatrics of wild cooking, oyster shucking, and tunes to awaken the senses, this event will be an experience to remember and leave you wanting more.

Among the line-up is Tony Carrol, the executive chef of Fish Bank, who’ll be cooking Goolwa pipis and sashimi and Ragini Dey, who’s one of Australia’s most-loved Indian chefs and owner of Ragi’s Spicery. She’ll be serving Goan fish curry and seafood samosa.

Spend the evening watching the sunset on Jetty Road as the restaurants and businesses take over the street for a party from 4pm with amazing food, drink and music.
