2 November 2021

Community groups, organisations and businesses across the Territory are encouraged to apply for grants for innovative activities for NT Youth Week 2022.

Up to $2000 is available per applicant, from a $57,500 funding pool, to run free events for young people.

Past activities and events have included radio broadcaster workshops, dance classes as well as sports, discos, crafts and pool parties.

NT Youth Week is a celebration of Young Territorians 12 – 25 years of age, providing them opportunities to express ideas, raise concerns and attend drug and alcohol free events.

Young people are involved in the design and delivery of NT Youth Week activities, and programs and events reflect their needs and preferences.

NT Youth Week will run from 4-14 April 2022. Applications for grants close 30 November 2021.
