Greater Western Water (GWW) is continuing its face-to-face customer support across Melbourne’s west this September, with a series of Customer Care Days designed to help customers navigate their accounts and access support services closer to home.
Sessions will be held across Wyndham, Moonee Valley and Melton, giving customers the opportunity to speak directly with GWW staff about billing enquiries, payment plans, grants, concessions and other account support closer to home.
Greater Western Water General Manager Customer Experience, Margaret Watson, said GWW is committed to supporting customers with concerns about their accounts and bills while ensuring convenient access to information and assistance.
“We know our community comes from all walks of life, cultures and backgrounds, and that many customers value the opportunity to speak with someone face-to-face,” Ms Watson said.
“That’s why we’re hosting Customer Care Days across a range of locations and community hubs throughout our service region, where customers can receive direct support with their bills, payment options, and available concessions and grants,” she continued.
Phone-based translation services will also be available to ensure language is not a barrier to accessing support.
Customers are encouraged to make a booking to guarantee a time slot, but walk‑ins are welcome.
