Nuku, 40, is missing from his home and was last seen around 4pm yesterday in Havelock North.
He was wearing a yellow hi vis jacket and white gumboots and riding a green, older style Kawasaki 300 quad bike.
Police urge anyone who saw a quad bike being ridden by a person fitting this description near Kaiuma Bay Road, State Highway 6 or Wilsons Road, Havelock between 3:00pm and 6:00pm yesterday, to contact us.
Police and his family have concerns for his well being and would like to see him return home.
