Hawkesbury City Council Financial Statements 2019-2020

In accordance with Section 418 (3) of the Local Government Act 1993, Hawkesbury City Council advises that the audited Financial Statements and the Auditor’s Reports for the financial year ending 30 June 2020 will be publicly presented at the Ordinary Council Meeting via audio-visual link on Tuesday, 24 November 2020 from 6:30pm.

Financial Statements and the Auditor’s Reports can be viewed on Council’s website via the Have Your Say tab at www.yourhawkesbury-yoursay.com.au

A hardcopy of the Financial Statements and the Auditor’s Reports can alternatively be viewed at Council’s Administration Building, 366 George Street, Windsor during office hours 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday.

In accordance with Section 420 of the Local Government Act 1993, any person may make a submission in writing to Council with respect to the Council’s Audited Financial Statements or the Auditor’s Reports.

Council will receive submissions in writing, addressed to the General Manager, by mail to Hawkesbury City Council, PO Box 146 Windsor NSW 2756, or by email to [email protected]

Submissions close 5pm Tuesday, 1 December 2020.

Council Meetings

As a result of the Federal and State Government social distancing requirements, Hawkesbury City Council is holding Council Meetings via audio-visual link.

Although members of the public are not permitted to attend Council Meetings in person due to social distancing requirements, Council Meetings are live streamed by webcast through You-Tube. Links to the meetings are provided on Council’s website at www.hawkesbury.nsw.gov.au and on Council’s Facebook page www.facebook.com/hawkesburycitycouncil prior to each Council Meeting.

Persons wishing to address Council meetings must register as outlined on Council’s website at www.hawkesbury.nsw.gov.au/_resources/forms/address-council-meeting Speakers will be limited to three persons per item; with each speaker will be allocated up to five minutes to address Council using the audio-visual link. Alternatively, registered speakers can send to Council a written for up to five minutes submission which will be read during the meeting. Written submissions must be sent to [email protected] by 3pm on the day of the meeting.
