Guys and ghouls, prepare for a chilling experience at the Heritage Village because it’s almost time for the Heritage Village’s Halloween Spooktacular!
Get the whole family dressed in their best Halloween costume and prepare to be scared. Witches, warlocks, ghost, ghouls, goblins, vampires and creatures of the night…they’re all welcome at the Heritage Village on Saturday 26 October.
The Heritage Village’s Halloween is a popular event where everyone at the Village goes all out to create a wonderfully spooky environment suitable for the whole family.
Chair of Rockhampton Regional Council’s Community Service Committee Cr Rose Swadling said that this year there would be some improvements to the event.
“We’ve listened to feedback and this year we have made it one big session instead of two. Gates open at 6pm, with last entries at 8.30pm. People can come when they like in that period and stay as long as they dare — but they must be out by 10pm,” she said.
“We’ve also reduced the entry price to $10 per person (entry only), with a family discount available. A choice of food and drinks will be on sale on the night.
“This is a wonderful event created in co-operation between the Friends of the Heritage Village and Rockhampton Regional Council.
“Bookings are essential. It would be a grave mistake to miss out,” she said.
