Homicide Squad detectives are investigating following the discovery of a man’s body in Greensborough this morning.
A 50-year-old man was located deceased inside a property on Palmyra Court shortly after 11.30am.
A woman aged in her 80s was also located inside the home and was taken to hospital under police guard.
The exact circumstances surrounding the incident are yet to be determined.
It is believed the pair were known to each other.
